Refund policy
All sales at Relevance are final. Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned designer merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped.
Every item is carefully inspected, photographed, and authenticated before listing. Detailed photos and descriptions are provided so you can review each piece before purchasing. If you have questions about an item — measurements, condition, authenticity — please contact us before placing your order.
Exceptions: If an item arrives materially different from its listing (e.g., wrong item, undisclosed damage from shipping), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to make it right.
